A complimentary cookbook from a real estate company with the usual categories of recipes. Includes a few from "famous personalities," including then-first-lady Roslyn Carter, lots of politicians, and Lucille Ball, among others. Also from many un-famous, probably Texan, women, and the winning apple pie from the 1978 Ohio State Fair. Good to very good condition, some wear to edges and cover, but interior is pristine. $10.00
